DYLAN at the front is probably the best guy you have here. I come here almost everyday and always look out for Dylan. He made me one of the best chicken cilantro lime wraps. The latte that ALWAYS and ALWAYS gets messed up was made just perfect. Last evening I asked for a steep tea and he brewed me a fresh pot! My colleague praised him as well. What else do you need after a tiresome day. He is a smooth at whatever he does, is a great communicator and he knows how to upsell other things like making your order a combo or giving out suggestions on donuts, bagels. Amazing part was he remembered I’ve cut down my sugar that I told him a month ago. Dylan knows his job. Give that guy a raise! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Extremely disappointed with this location. I buy the Cilantro Chicken Wrap at least once a week from other Tim Hortons locations, so I know exactly what the quality and size should be. The wrap I received here today was literally half the size of a normal one. It was so thin and empty that I actually had to open it up just to check if they had forgotten to put the filling inside. For a wrap that costs almost $10, this kind of portion control is completely unacceptable. This was only my second time visiting this specific store, and it will definitely be my last. The first time they completely messed up my coffee order, and now this wrap. Save your money and go to a different location. So I order online mobile order I ordered at 10:24 got there for 10:31 wasn’t ready so I waited. They realized asked for my order number they were like oh yea we ran out of croissants are you okay if we just swapped it. I said no I’m good is there any chance I could just get a refund. They looked flabbergasted I would ask that, then the manager atleast I presume the manager was like I can help you in 15-20 mins which I thought was crazy for a refund but I was like fine whatever. The time was 10:37. So I waited and waited. I look at my phone 11:09 and I’m like okay what the hell so I go up to the counter and they see me and are like just one more minute and I’m like for what I just asked for a refund and they’re like the croissants. I’m confused at this point and then they bring out my order and I’m like I asked for a refund. And now I appreciate how they made the croissants for me but I specifically just wanted a refund and this whole encounter went from what could’ve been a 5 minute refund to me waiting 40 minutes. Anyways just pissed me off and ruined my mood I will not be back!!! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
