I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Aman. He was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. He was patient, efficient, and made sure my order was perfect. I went to the falcon Ridge Tim Hortons today and again after so many times was disappointed to see unprofessionalism of the staff over there. The two girls were serving me after me repeatedly checking with them for different things. The response was very lukewarm and they were not paying attention to what I was saying they were discussing and gossiping among themselves and on top of that when I asked them for bag politely 3 p4 times after repeatedly saying that I will pay for the bag as well they still didn’t listen to me and when when I requested them again, they just came and said oh you have to pay for it we can’t give you for free I said I’ve been requesting you repeatedly that I’ll pay for it after that. Also their attitude was very rude and very unprofessional. I had a very unpleasant experience and this is not happened first time at this place. This is a repeated thing which happens every time I go there I come back disappointed the management should teach them some manners. How to deal with the customers maybe a training again will do a good job for them. Price per person: $30–40
