This is a Tim Hortons like any other. I'm not sure if the things you can purchase very much from one to the other. The staff does though. I was here about 10:30 a.m. on July 28th, 2026. The two people who were taking orders, a man and a woman at two separate kiosks, we're friendly. The person scrubbing the floor was doing it patiently and not complaining. The problem on the staff is the blonde woman who made my 12 grain bagel with peanut butter for me. She called it out and when I arrived at the desk there were two fairly identical wrapped packages there. I put my hand on the wrong one. She said no that's not that one. I told her that they look pretty much the same. I should have said, perhaps it would be better if you had told me which one it was so that we didn't have to go through this. I had also seen her earlier acting very unfriendly towards a man who was simply asking for more butter she heard it wrong apparently and shook her head at him. Then when she heard it right after he repeated it she just pointed. This is no way to treat customers, whether it be a high-end coffee shop, or one of a million Tim Hortons in Canada. Attention, manager, get your staff trained correctly Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

tim hortons encourage for mobile orders. it took me 20 minutes to get my order you know why first the gave the wrong order and to prepare new they took more time cuz they have line up for new orders being an adult is okay but if you small ones there should be courtesy and they were behaving that nothing happened. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20
