Sol, Ray, and the rest of the team have excellent customer service despite the crowd!! This Tim's branch can get quite busy and lines are often long, but staff consistently handle orders efficiently and professionally. They remain friendly, organized, and attentive even during peak hours, making experience pleasant every time. Great teamwork and dedication from the entire crew!!! This is my favourite Tim Hortons, and it’s all because of Kiran at the Bow Building location in Calgary. Her coffee is always made perfectly and tastes amazing every single time. At this point, I’m convinced she could make coffee half-asleep and it would still be better than my fully‑awake attempts at home. We honestly come to this location because of her. She’s always smiling, so friendly, and somehow remembers our drink orders better than we do. Kiran truly makes our mornings (and caffeine levels) better — amazing customer service!. Not a regular customer at this Tim Horton, but the service was very very good. The staff was so friendly. I didn’t know about some of the drinks and they told me about each and every drink so I could choose what I want. And one of the guy who was working at the front was so good, the way he take orders and the way he explain stuff was very good. I think his name was Jack If I’m not wrong overall the atmosphere of the Tim Hortons was very good too it wasn’t too noise, and I did use washroom and it was very clean it wasn’t messy as other Tim Hortons I visited. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
