Great costumer service Sara rocks! There doughnuts are always fresh, they make really amazing drinks like there ice caps, and there coffees 10/10 experience i love going to this tims! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20

Sure, I asked if the new Harry Potter drink wands were sold out and she said they were, which was fine, but when I asked if we could order the "Patronus" lemonade quencher, again she said no, just stared at me so I had to literally ask what other menu items were question by question, like pulling teeth one by one to get any sort of information about the Harry Potter menu items. I asked if any of the other drinks were still available and she said the sparkler...I asked is it like sparkling lemonade? All she said was no.... no additional information given so AGAIN I had to ask for the information! By this time I gave up and just got the snitch tim bit holder for my son and left. I was fully prepared to purchase many items but didn't have enough knowledge about what I was potentially buying. I didn't realize I had to research the items myself and be knowledgeable so I didn't have to ask questions. It was just super frustrating! Employee almost bothered that I was asking questions about the availability of the new Harry Potter products. If my son wasn't with me I would have walked out and bought nothing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
