I’m disappointed with my experience at this Tim Hortons. The food itself was ok, but the service was extremely frustrating. Our second order was completely forgotten, and we ended up waiting for a long time. That kind of wait is simply unacceptable, especially without proper communication or updates. A good meal can’t make up for such poor service. I hope the team improves their order management and customer service so others don’t have the same experience. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

This location closed the the airport, and on Sunday was a quiet place to enjoy the coffee, however, the place was very unclean, which I had to asked the staff to give me something to clean the table myself, which she gave me a napkin and didn't bother to clean it for me, , after cleaned the table and the window next to it, I waited 20 min to get my drink! Even though it was a calm place and full of staff , I found it very unclean and not professional staff. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Very bad experience. For the first time i came to this location via drive thru and harman not sure if she said correct name. We forgot to add tim bits and wanted that so we were asking her to add those to the bill. She kept repeating she had timer and timer for 6 times and trying to rush us out of drive thru. I can understand during busy time but i came at 5:35 on june 21 and no one was on drive thru at all. There was no car in front or behind for the entire time we were there. Rude people Hope someone takes care of this. What the heck timer means? Why as a customer I should care about it.? Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
