Hard to review a chain store because each location is different. Began a little journey across Canada starting here asking Horton to hear a who. A disappearance of something was occuring. Found this location to be clean, was able to use wifi. There is a nice view from the back. Did Horton heat a who? Results not quite in yet. We go to trusted brands based on past trust earned. It seems some chains need to refresh their image of true hospitality. On my journey I tried to be brand loyal to asses if there was cohesive identity for old Timmy. When looking for a place to sit or a quiet moment unharassed while eating a donut...it's nice to be able to trust a single brand just to give anchor points along the way. Lots of variety from Castlegar to the Cape Breton Timmy's across from the Civic Center. It's always good to have that lucky loon.

We are from Nelson, everytime we come for Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins there's only 2 left either in the morning 10-11am or around 4-6pm, this is the 4th times. In Trail, we came once at 7pm no scm but they baked for us. It is really disappointing, staff in Trail are more accomodating and friendly. Hope this branch will improve as this is the nearest store we can come. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Visited the Tim Hortons in Castlegar yesterday morning with my family around 10 AM through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff came across as quite rude, especially when we asked for basic cutlery like spoons. The attitude felt unnecessary—almost as if we were asking for a favor instead of something that should come with the meal. We ordered the chicken habanero bowls and coffee, and the food did not taste anywhere near as good as what I’ve had at other Tim Hortons locations. Overall quality and service were below expectations. I usually enjoy Tim Hortons, but this particular visit was not great. Sharing this so others are aware and hopefully the management can improve service and consistency. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2
