Where do I start? Firstly, They never get my order right, even if I do the food is way worse than any other tim Hortons. Second, they never callout your order so you have to check the items they place on the pickup counter until you see yours. If you have a problem, too bad because none of the employees pay any attention to you and if they do they just will walk away without helping. I come here because it's quick and local but I would recommend driving elsewhere. I could say so much more but these are the general issues. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went in to Tim's yesterday evening while it was super busy. Tyler was managing front on his own super well, taking orders and making drinks speedily while still managing to connect with his customers. He would chat with his customers while he made drinks or while taking payment. A super friendly honorable young man who deserves a huge shout out and definitely should be considered for a raise!

The counter was absolutely filthy. I asked when was the last time it was wiped to clean it and was told it was because they have served drinks on it all day. That doesn't explain all the grease marks and food crumbs on it. My guess is it hadn't been wiped all day and this was 6:00 at night. It was gross as that is the counter they put your food on. The bagel I ordered had so little cream cheese on it it barely covered it and one side didn't cover it. I guess the burnt bagel taste is a new flavor. Two Timbits were so hard I am sure they were a couple days old. Do better Andrew and hire people who care! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20
