I went to get an iced coffee, with extra cream, extra base and less ice thru drive thru. They gave coffee with no syrup, I went back to the drive thru, asked for extra base and then that coffee tasted like bad coffee more like water and with extra syrup, tasted like there was no cream at all. Not the first time, very disappointed and waste of money. Not going again there. Some staff make it nice, but today and some days its a big NO. This is my favorite tim hortons I use to be a regular on Montreal rd but I've noticed brooke had changed to ninth. She is one of my favorites. Very kind so sweet and she's got a great sense of humor. Also tina I think her name is. Is a delight aswell . But that new amanda girl? I think? Not so nice.. bossing all the others workers around. Other than that this is my go to tims. Five star. You all rock! Thank you so much for being the best tims.. ps my dogs love yous! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
