I go to this location just about every morning before work and they are wonderful. Customer service is amazing and everybody is so friendly. I’m never worried about being stuck in the drive-through for too long because they get my order out quickly every time! I am absolutely disgusted and honestly shocked by the experience I had. I found a whipped cream topper/lid piece inside my drink, which is completely unacceptable and could have seriously caused someone to choke. This is not just “gross,” it’s a major safety issue. If I hadn’t noticed it before drinking, this could have ended very badly. What made the situation even worse was the way the staff handled it. When I came back in to address the issue, the employee laughed in my face as if it was funny instead of taking the situation seriously or apologizing. Then she immediately tried blaming the “new girl,” even though I personally watched her make my drink herself. Taking zero accountability and treating a legitimate concern like a joke is beyond unprofessional. I was honestly stunned by the lack of care, concern, and basic customer service. A mistake this serious should have been met with an immediate apology and concern for customer safety, not laughter and excuses. I will definitely not be returning after this experience, and I seriously hope management addresses both the food safety issue and the terrible customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pat 2 roku temu na Restaurant Guru

I enjoyed Tim Hortons for the last 60yrs, the restaurant has had a up grade but the lay out on the floor is not cozy anymore, it is to wide open. It needs some dividers mostly by the door and along where people line up. Thank for looking at this, I hope something could be done as it's a small community and it is nice to feel that if you talk to a friend or family member that it is private.
