Staff in this location need more training. I ordered chai latte and told the staff to make sure and they gave me a cafe latte, I ordered a steak craveable and as I was about to eat my food after driving, what I have on my bag is a chicken chipotle craveable. Also when they were done with the order, they just left my food in the table about 5 mins instead of just handing it out to me. I had to call them to give my order to me. Both the staff seem unprofessional and undertrained. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I recently visited Tim Hortons(10221 170 street ) and had a disappointing experience. I ordered 4 toasted bagel, but it was toasted ,but no hot at all(pre made toasted) when I received it. This was frustrating, especially since it’s a basic part of the order.coffee was not hot enough. If it’s a busy time I can totally understand. There was only 3 customers and they already having their food . On top of that, the service was not up to standard. The staff seemed inattentive, and there was little effort to address the issue or ensure customer satisfaction. I usually expect better consistency and service from Tim Hortons, so this visit was quite disappointing. I hope the team improves both food preparation and customer service in the future.
