This Tim Hortons has degraded drastically over time and with my experience today I will not be going back. I understand that it may be hard to hear through the speaker system, but even while yelling not a single part of my order was taken correctly. The staff blatantly disregarded everything I communicated and made assumptions about my order, adding a 1$ surcharge sauce, which I said I didn’t want. Not only that, they were extremely disrespectful, talking down to me like a child throwing a pissy fit throughout the whole experience. I drove away and went to a different store. Save yourself the headache and avoid this restaurant. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Coffee is always hot, food is good, staff are nice and friendly BUT whoever owns this store - please invest a couple bucks to put up an awning over your drive thru window. When it rains the poor staff are getting soaked and the water is going inside the store and the cups of coffee and bags of food are getting soaking wet and when you have to tap or swipe the customer and inside of our cars are also getting soaking wet inside, the debit machine has Saran wrap on it. Put up an awning! :) Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Not sure if the employee that made my bagel thought this was funny, but the GOBS of unmelted butter that my bagel was CAKED in was absolutely disgusting. Furthermore, quit being so stingy and make ACTUAL cheese croissants like every other Tim’s location. Slapping a slice of cheese on top of a regular butter croissant and throwing it under a broiler to burn to a bitter tasting crisp doesn’t constitute as a cheese croissant. And it was also disgusting FYI. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1
