Manager Zharan is very rude. When I ordered two meals, she tried to upcharge me with two large cofees instead of the Medium that comes with the meal. Argued and made it seem like I can get whatever size until I pointed out the size that comes with the meal price. Walked away after taking my order, didn't make my coffee and had to point out to another worker that I'm still waiting for my coffee. Is a 5 minute wait for two coffees acceptable for Tim Hortons now? Terrible service coming from a manager at 9 in the morning.. Do better. Hire better people.

I always will come here for lunch when im working, and now 5 consecutive times, my food comes out cold and makes my lunch way less enjoyable. I have also taken in my sandwich to get it heated up more, and i alwayd get attitude about it and no one is smiling. I will never mind to wait an extra bit just to have better quality food. They only seem to care about getting people their food as quick as they can and then get them away so they can take the next order. Last time I am coming to this Tim Hortons. Sad to see quality has taken a bad turn. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, the early morning staff need at least two more people. This Tim Hortons used to have the best, and the most fast morning staff. You were in and out of the drive-through within maybe two minutes. Now you have to at least wait up to almost 7 minutes. For people on a morning commute, that’s not a good thing. Food: 4 Service: 1
