Worst customer service, order around 1:30 today first she will confuse you and then you will end up with wrong order. I never go back and ask for new drink and all that shit. This is just milk what she gave and I ordered a protein latte.

First time visiting this location. At first the speaker was very quiet when ordering through the drive-thru. This was able to be improved. When I went to pay the woman was hanging the terminal out like she didn't even care I was there she was looking the other way it was just dangling in the air. Then I got my food my french fries cold so I asked for fresh ones and she graciously got me warm fries and provided no napkins until asked for. Was on the road when I started eating my super stack sandwich And the meat was cold literally inside the sandwich this is supposed to be a hot sandwich. This place recently went under renovations and clearly they need more Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Avoid this Tim Hortons on 50 Street across from Jackie Parker Park if you’re ordering food. I asked if the Cilantro Lime Crispy Chicken Wrap was still available and specifically requested the crispy version, but I was served a wrap with shredded chicken instead. It was messy, unappetizing, and went straight in the garbage. The Oreo Iced Capp was good, but that didn’t make up for paying for a meal I didn’t get. I also tried calling the store right away and got no answer. For a recently renovated location, I expected better service. If you’re ordering food here, make sure they can confirm your item before you pay, or consider going somewhere else. I would recommend another location if you want reliable service and the meal you actually ordered. Food: 1 Service: 1
