I had a disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru. The woman who served me was rude and came across as impatient during our interaction. Good customer service is important, especially when dealing with customers, and her attitude made the experience unpleasant. The food and drinks were fine, but the poor customer service left a negative impression. I hope management addresses this and reminds staff to treat customers with courtesy and respect. This is my go to Tim’s since I lived in St. Albert. The ambiance is cozy and with just the right seats and space to enjoy morning and afternoon coffee. The staff are super friendly and always smiling. The large amount of regular customers they get everyday is the proof that this branch is enjoyed by the community.
