The worst service ever at Tims thanks to the manager (the senior lady who I suppose to be the manager) because apparently she does know how to utilize her “so-called power” to yell at her customers and letting her customers pay for the mistakes they made and took it for granted. Whoever checks the reviews at Tims for the reputation purposes should really do some research on this management team because she’s obviously very dominant when dealing with the order mistakes (they gave us the wrong order but instead of apologizing, she showed rudeness and criticized) with her customers. Hope Tim Hortons take it seriously for this special times. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Things are getting worse at WEM Tim's every day. I ordered steeped tea D/D and had to go back four times, and each time it tasted different—too much sugar, no sugar, less cream, or too much. In the end, I gave up. Next week, I ordered the same thing again, and I'm not sure if I complained, but they told me they'd make a new one. When it was finished, it was pure sugar.
