Great location (large parking lot, lots of space if you come with RV or boat) and a newer Tim Hortons building, but unfortunately, everything else was very disappointing. We waited over 25 minutes after ordering. I understand that places can be short-staffed, but it would have been appreciated if we had been given a heads-up about the wait. There were only two staff members working — one handling the drive-thru and one serving walk-in customers. The food was extremely disappointing. The Timbits were old and hard, the bagel was hard as a rock, and the bread on the grilled cheese was clearly not fresh. The pizza was okay, but certainly not worth the wait. The drinks were the only part of the order that were as expected. The staff themselves did not look happy, and I honestly don't think they were the main problem. With only two people trying to run both the drive-thru and the counter, this seems much more like a management issue. The washrooms were another story. One appeared to have been broken for quite some time and smelled absolutely atrocious, yet there was no sign indicating that it was out of order. The other washroom also looked like it had not been properly cleaned in quite a while, with old hair stuck in accumulated dust and generally very poor cleanliness. I rarely write negative reviews, but this location needs serious attention from management. The building and location have a lot of potential, but the staffing, food quality, cleanliness, and overall management need to be addressed. I would like to recognize the excellent service I received by Raman at Tim Hortons. The employee was friendly, polite, and professional throughout my visit. They greeted me with a smile, took my order accurately, and ensured everything was prepared quickly. Their positive attitude and great customer service made my experience enjoyable.
