Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons next to Webers on Highway 11. It took 28 minutes to get through a line that wasn’t even that long. Our order was wrong – one drink was made incorrectly and our bagel came without the cream cheese we ordered. The restaurant itself was also in poor condition, with garbage all over the floor and overflowing trash bins. There seemed to be several staff members present, yet only one person appeared to be taking orders and making drinks. I noticed the sign saying this location is proudly owned by the Harris family, but unfortunately this visit was anything but something to be proud of. While we were sitting outside eating, several other customers were also commenting on their bad experiences. This location really needs better management and attention to customer service and cleanliness. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a really great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and quick with the service even during a busy time. My order was fresh, coffee was perfect, and the place was clean and well maintained. It’s always nice stopping here because the team genuinely seems to care about customers. Definitely my go to place for great customer service, order accuracy and quick service!! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When I entered the store, the employee was mopping the floor. She took my order and prepared my white chocolate drink, and she pressed the lid down with her palmYou need to wash your hands before serving customers. I couldn’t drink it. Food: 1 Service: 1
