I stopped in at this Tim’s on whim cause I missed my bus and honestly I was surprised by how welcomingly I was greeted! The girls were wonderful it was as if they knew me as one of their regulars. By the time we had finished briefly chatting I was rung up and coffee served it was almost like thin air! I think I’ll be stopping here more often on my way to work! The staff at this location are the kindest. They take a moment to ensure every customer is satisfied with their experience. Food is fresh. The best location in the city. I stopped at this Tim Hortons location during a road trip. I wanted to leave a special thank you to Rachel for her kindness and help. I had forgotten to fill my water bottle before leaving home, so while I was waiting for my coffee, I asked if there was somewhere I could refill it. Rachel kindly offered to take my bottle to the back and fill it with filtered water for me. She cleaned the bottle first and asked if I wanted ice as well! I had a long road trip a head of me, and I really appreciated how kind and thoughtful she was. Her gesture genuinely lifted my mood and made the rest of the drive much more enjoyable.
