Really disappointed with our experience at Tim Hortons today. The washrooms were absolutely disgusting and clearly hadn’t been maintained or checked in quite some time. What was even more frustrating was that staff were informed and the concern was completely ignored. Cleanliness and basic customer care should be a priority, especially in a busy food establishment. Hoping management takes this more seriously moving forward.

Bathrooms are filthy. No soap in dispenser. Dirt piled up in the corner. Understaffed or poorly trained. Coffee was fine though but I wouldn't eat here. Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

had a great experience at Tim Hortons in Kindersley! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very efficient, even during a busy rush. My order was prepared quickly and everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. The drive-thru service was especially impressive—fast, accurate, and handled with a smile. The store itself was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even more enjoyable. It’s clear the team works hard to provide good service and keep customers happy.
