Whenever I get coffee from this location, it’s either very cold, or it’s either burnt. I’ve asked them to remake my coffee a few times, but it’s never up to standard. Other locations have had amazing coffee, but this one really misses the ball. Overall, the atmosphere inside is amazing. Service can be a bit more friendlier. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with the team. I provided the survey code exactly as received from the team app, completed everything correctly, and even took a screenshot of the code for proof. Despite that, the associate claimed the code was wrong and said the screenshot was not valid. If the app itself generates the code, it should be accepted. It doesn’t make sense to dismiss it without a proper explanation. If the store is not accepting surveys, it would be better to communicate that directly instead of giving unclear reasons. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and frustrating, and my time was wasted. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited this Tim Hortons around 4:40 AM on my way to work. Unfortunately, this is the only Tim Hortons open along my route at that time. I previously left a review regarding service downtime, and I do want to acknowledge that I can already see improvement in that area, so thank you for working on it. However, today I experienced another issue with the drive-thru service. There are two ordering kiosks in the drive-thru. When I arrived, one car was already placing an order at one kiosk while the other side was empty, so I pulled up there and waited for my turn, expecting that once the first side was done, someone would take my order as well. What happened instead was disappointing. After the first car finished ordering, another car pulled up behind them and their order was taken immediately. Then another car arrived after me on that same kiosk and they were also able to place their order before me. Meanwhile, I was still waiting with no response. I even tried saying “hello” multiple times into the kiosk speaker, but nobody answered. When my order was finally taken, I tried asking politely why I had been skipped, but the employee interrupted me and just asked for my order. At the pickup window, I again asked what caused the delay, and the employee responded in a rude tone saying they only had 3 workers and that the headset “didn’t beep.” I understand staffing can be difficult, especially early in the morning, and I appreciate the employees who are working during those hours. But technical issues or staffing shortages should not become the customer’s responsibility — especially when multiple cars that arrived after me were served first. More importantly, customer service and communication matter a lot in situations like this. A calm and respectful explanation would have made the experience much better. I’m leaving this review as constructive feedback because I genuinely noticed improvements from my previous review and hope management continues working on the customer experience.
