I had a great experience here! Anne provided amazing customer service and made me feel so welcome with her friendly attitude. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and it was perfect. Some locations either don’t have it or don’t make it the way I like, but this was the most refreshing strawberry lemonade I’ve had. Fresh, ice cold, and exactly how I wanted it. I frequently visit this Tim Hortons, and I just have to leave a review to recognize Ekta. She provides the absolute best customer service here! Even when the store is incredibly busy and under pressure, she is always welcoming, polite, and greets everyone with a genuine smile. She ensures orders are accurate, fast, and fresh every single time. Employees like Ekta make a huge difference in a customer's day. Ekta provided excellent customer service! She was kind, welcoming, and very efficient. She took my order with a smile, made sure everything was correct, and kept a positive attitude even during a busy time.
