VP the manager is so friendly! The staff here is by far the friendliest of any Tim Hortons around. I am here almost daily and they know my order the second they hear my voice (add ketchup). There are at least 4 others that take my order often who are just meant for customer service. Well done at the hiring at this location. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We noticed two flies hovering around the service station and brought the issue to the staff’s attention. Instead of addressing the concern, the staff showed little interest, offered no apology, and did not explain how they maintain hygiene standards. Seeing multiple flies around a food service area was concerning, but the lack of accountability and customer care was even more disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1

Avoid this Tim Hortons unless you want stale, poorly made food. Ordered a sesame seed bagel and it looked and tasted like a 5 year old made it. It was barely toasted with very minimal cream cheese. Absolute slop. Can't comment on drinks as I have never ordered any here. This Tim's also has a foul smell unlike other Tim's in the dining area. I never had this experience at the 1020 Ottawa or 120 Ottawa locations. Also, don't see many Canadians working here, mostly abusing the TFW program. Hope this constructive criticism results in a better restaurant experience as this Tim's is in close proximity to my home address, so I would like to return. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
