The cashiers here really love making customers wait, chit-chatting or blatantly pretending not to "notice" the customers. It's some kind of weird power trip. Don't hate on us just because you are a minimum-wage cashier at a Tim Hortons. At least they all wear name tags. Guys, if you're not satisfied with your service, you should always report them on the Tim Hortons website. It's very easy. That's the only way that they can take their job seriously. If they don't want the job that they have, then they should give them to someone else who actually deserves it! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I asked for a little bit of water in a cup as we were walking to the exit of the hospital so that my 80yo grandmother could take her dementia medication (which I did mention to the employee). The lady, who I'm told was a supervisor, made sure to point out to me that next time I have to make sure i pay 25c for the cup. I don't know why this was necessary... you work in a hospital, you gave me cloudy tap water, and you work in a bloody hospital. Have some compassion.
