I visited Tim Hortons during the morning shift and had an excellent experience. The lady who served me was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. She handled my order with great speed and accuracy, making sure everything was perfect. What stood out the most was her warm smile and positive attitude. Her cheerful customer service made my morning much brighter and created a welcoming atmosphere. It’s employees like her who make customers want to come back again and again. We bought a coffee and it was too cold. When asked the reply was like "oh that's because you added 2 sugars and cream that's why" how stupid it is. They didn't even tried to resolve the customer issue. And regarding this warm food/drink issue it's quite common in this place. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I went to this Tim Hortons through the drive-thru and did not have a good experience, the Timbits were dry, and the only drink they had was an ice Capp. I tried to pay with my points but they said they can’t take that as a payment. And when I paid with cash they didn’t give me back my change. Horrible service. Food: 1 Service: 1
