I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a food quality issue with an egg and cheese wrap I purchased from Tim Hortons this morning. While having the wrap, I discovered a noticeable piece of eggshell inside the food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding food preparation standards and quality control. As a customer, I expect proper hygiene, attention to detail, and safe food handling practices. Finding foreign material in my meal significantly affected my experience and could have potentially caused harm. I have attached a photo as evidence for your reference. Food: 1

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Tim Hortons. My meal was supposed to come with a salad, but what I received was barely anything — just a few small pieces thrown into the bowl. I was genuinely looking forward to the salad as part of my meal, and this felt careless and incomplete. It’s not what I paid for, and it honestly ruined my day.
