I will like to share the poorest customer service interaction I've ever had with Tim Hortons staff. I am a regular user of the Tim Hortons app and often pay for my order though scan and pay feature. Today I had an offer for buy 1 get one free lunch wrap, I ordered two and activated that offer. When I came to pay for my order, the barista scanned my card and said I've already been charged for two wraps. I showed them the offer on my phone and after a lot of back and forth, they told me that since I've already paid for my order on the app, they can't reimburse me. The person who took my order was very rude and was not even ready to listen to what I had to say. They called this a "tech glitch", "it happened yesterday as well" and closed the drive thru door on my face. It's not about paying for a wrap, it's about principle. As a company if you're advertising a certain offer, you must adhere to it. And if you can't for any reason, then you should reimburse your customer's money. This was such a rip off and the rude customer service at this location just topped it. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Went through the drive thru for a small coffee & a bagel belt. The cashier was extremely rude. Did not greet me, handed me my hot coffee and I asked for a sleeve. She sighed & handed me a sleeve & I thanked her. Then she handed me my belt and I asked for napkins (pretty standard request for a drive thru order & TBH, should already be handed over with the bagel). It was like I was a huge inconvenience to her working a CUSTOMER service job! Awful service Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Can always count on them to give you your order fast, but it will be wrong! Once I ordered a lunch BLT and two hashbrowns and received two bagels! This was really unfortunate because that was my food for the day not to mention the other times when they have forgotten items from my order (today it was a hash brown), or made my order wrong (I promise I don’t order insane complex orders, normally just a coffee and bagel) I’ve let this slide as it is a fast drive thru, but the customer experience has just gotten worse and worse. It feels like they only care about having a fast drive thru time. I would recommend they start checking the orders before handing them out.
