I find it funny people in the reviews talking about long wait times, this tim hortons considering the line ups they get is extremely fast. These are the same people that complain about how long their food is taking even tho they can see the store is extremely packed. Like genuinely do you think they are supposed to snap their fingers and make your food? Have some patience people, they are doing the best they can. The people there are extremely friendly as well. I go here pretty much everyday and have never had them mess up my order which is pretty impressive in itselfs. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I went here Friday last week, the restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly with the customers. Fantastic food and customer service. However there was this older employee who had grey hair and glasses, Judging by the way she was telling everyone what to do I would assume she’s a manager or was in charge. She was being incredibly rude and short with her younger employees. One of the other employees kept asking her for help while the older lady ignored her and then proceeded to be snappy afterwards. I don’t think it’s okay to speak to or treat your staff that way. It was very disappointing. Other than observing that I would say the restaurant is great. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
