I have been visiting Tim Hortons at 9251 Woodbine Ave, Markham for a long time, and I am always impressed with the excellent customer service and fresh food. Even though this location is always very busy, the staff consistently maintain very high standards in both service and food quality. The team is friendly, professional, and works very efficiently to make sure customers are served quickly with a smile. The coffee and food are always fresh, and the restaurant is kept clean and organized. I truly appreciate the hard work of the staff at this location. After many visits over the years, I have never had any issues. One of the best Tim Hortons locations in the area. Highly recommended! I’ve been a regular at the 9251 Woodbine Ave Tim Hortons for a long time, usually stopping in with my coworkers before shifts. Every single time the customer service is fantastic — the team here is polite, efficient, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Coffee is consistently hot and fresh, and the breakfast sandwiches + baked goods are always stocked. They keep the store clean and the drive-thru moves quick even during rush hour. This is hands-down the best Tim Hortons in Markham for customer service and consistency. We’ll keep coming back! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst Service, and Coffee. I was passing by from this area. Thought place an order to drive through. However the lady who took the order was very rude and lazy and typing wrong order on the screen and when i corrected her she was reacting on it strangely. And when i pull over at the pick up window she made me wait for 3-4mins without saying anything. My order was 2 small coffe and 1 steep tea. And then i asked to scan my points car she was like “but this is not visa” yea you oldy i know. Regret on my decision. And don’t ask about the coffee, if i throw my money in the garbage that might be better then sipping that shitty coffee Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1
