we ordered a toogoodtogo just before the store closed and despite our order being accidentally cancelled the kind worker made us fresh donuts !! feel awful about it but we’re all thankful and they tasted amazing Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dear Manager, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had today between evening at the drive-through of Tim Hortons, Newtownards. While placing my order at the drive-through speaker, I said “hello” but received no response. After waiting approximately 10 seconds, I said “hello” again, and still there was no reply. I repeated “hello” once more before someone finally responded and took my order. When I reached the collection window, the staff member who handed me my fries spoke to me in a very disrespectful and rude manner. He told me not to say “hello” multiple times and said that I should “learn patience.” He claimed there was noise in his headset caused by my repeated greeting. However, the reason I repeated myself was simply because I received no response whatsoever. If he had said something as simple as “Hi, please wait a moment,” I would have gladly waited. There was no indication that my voice had been heard. What made the situation worse was the tone and attitude of the staff member. He spoke in an arrogant and oversmart manner and said that since I had visited before, I should know that they can hear customers. This was extremely inappropriate because from my side, there was complete silence. I was not being impatient; I was trying to confirm whether the system was working. I was with my wife and son at the time, and the entire interaction made us feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. Visiting your restaurant should be a pleasant experience, especially with family, but instead we left feeling disappointed and disrespected. I hope you take this matter seriously and review the drive-through communication procedures and staff behavior. Customers should never be spoken to in such a manner for simply trying to place an order. I look forward to your response. Service: 1
