Today at 5.30 pm we order 3 drinks at drive thru. As usual the staff missed to give the quencher. When I went back the Indian guy told the other customer right in front of me ‘this lady is rude’ and blamed us of leaving the drink behind. I asked the name of the guy, none of the staff gave his name. None of the staff apologized. I asked 5 times if the steep tea was fresh the Indian girl repeatedly said it was fresh, but it was not. In front of us she emptied the pot and started brewing a new one. It’s not the first time everytime they make mistake. Horrible service and rude staff, worst customer service ever! I am a regular customer, I always grab coffee from this Tim Hortons on my way to work. I am very happy that they opened their location in the go station, it is very convenient. Their coffee is always fresh and they never mess up with my order. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
