Walked in and ordered from the electronic menu board. Paid, then waited about 10 minutes. Front counter person came over and asked my name only to tell me I need to go pick out my donuts. I asked why they didn't have my list, 6 donuts. They said they were out of most of them, and the girl filling the order was putting a couple I did not order in. Asked why you let me order if you don't have them? Just stared. I assumed they aren't capable of making more than one batch if donuts a day. Useless staff and poor customer service. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We ordered one small tea and one fries. The order screen showed the fries were available, but the staff later told us they were sold out. That wasn’t a big issue, but what was really frustrating was the wait for just one small tea. Customers who ordered after us received their drinks first, while we had to wait nearly 15 minutes. The staff were also not friendly at all. The café wasn’t even busy, and there were 3–4 employees working, so I really don’t understand why a single small tea took so long. Tim Hortons is a great spot for a quick coffee and snack. The drinks are tasty the food is fresh and the service is usually fast and friendly. It’s a reliable place to stop when you’re on the go. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
