I wanted to take a moment to appreciate the team at Tim Hortons for their quick response to a pothole in the drive-thru. I had noticed the pothole for about a week and decided to mention it when I was going through the drive-thru. To my surprise, the very next day, I noticed that they had already started working on it, and the pothole was soon removed. I especially want to appreciate the manager for taking the concern seriously and acting on it so quickly. This is a great example of how much the team cares about keeping the store clean, safe, and convenient for their customers. It’s refreshing to see management listen to customer feedback and take immediate action. Thank you to the manager and the entire Tim Hortons team for your dedication and for making the drive-thru experience safer and more convenient for everyone. Great job! This Tim Hortons is a wonderful place to visit. The interior is modern, bright, and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a coffee or meal. The store is always clean and well organized, including the seating area and service counters. The staff and manager are friendly and welcoming, greeting customers warmly and creating a positive atmosphere. The drive-thru service is incredibly fast I’ve never had to sit waiting in the line; my car just keeps rolling because that’s how quick and efficient they are! Special mention to the weekend baker the Harry Potter-themed donuts look amazing and always taste fresh and delicious! GREAT JOB. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway
