Just used the drive through for a morning farmers breakfast wrap. Always tastes great and fast service. Even if their is a lineup it doesn't take long at all to get through and get what you ordered. They answered politely and sounded happy to get my order ready. Great service. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$10–20

Please dont mix meats with baked goods, some people have allergies and some have religious beliefs. Having a peace of bacon on top of donut is not good practice and shows cross contamination. Not something a tim hortons branch should be doing. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10

This location is my daily morning coffee stop and usually the service is pretty decent. But 6am this morning, we got ridiculous service from a female at drive-thru. We pulled up at drive-through, She says “what you like?” (No hi, no hello, no what can I get for you?) Just what you like! Fine whatever! We order an iced cap And then she goes, “what else for you?” Me and my partner looked at each other and we decided not to get anything else. And that’s it! She doesn’t acknowledge anything,No, see you at window and no thank you. Then, We pulled up at the window and my partner told me to ignore whatever happened. But at the window, this girl saw my expressions that I did not liked the way she talked, And the audacity to look into my eyes and say the same thing again! She again goes what else for you looking right into my eyes to the customer behind! A VERY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I’ve been working into customer service for the last five years! This is unacceptable ! Again, this is my regular place so I thought I can maybe call and talk to a manager or her supervisor rather than posting a review here, But of course, nobody Answered the phone call. It might not be a big deal for anybody else! But it Ruined my morning at 6 AM today just because somebody does not know how to take a simple order and how to talk to a customer.
