I came around evening and ordered 3 farmers wrap and one cup of coffee. They said that they were out of eggs so 0ne wrap would not have any eggs. They did not offer to use scrambled eggs or even offer to wait a minute or so for fresh eggs. It was for my kids and I would not have a problem waiting. I asked for the receipt in the bag and there was no receipt. I went Inside and asked for the receipt and the employee started arguing with me and blaming me for driving off. I did not appreciate the rude behavior at the speaker box and inside the store. This is not the first time they have been rude. this location has issues with customer service and treating there customers with respect. I really do hope this changes. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Tim Hortons, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional in the way they treated me. I felt unwelcome Customer service is extremely important, and this location did not meet basic expectations. The overall experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this place to others. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude and customer service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
