Trish the manager has no business running a store if she cant even have proper costumer service skills. She is absolutely rude. I just had the worst experience I have ever had going to Tim Hortons on my lunch break at work. I was told to park and my food would be brought out in a min. 10 min go by so I start to panic as I have 15 min to eat and go back to work. Well she comes out and I ask if this was for me she said "i dont know there's many more costumers". "I said if it was for park (we were outside) then it is for me. She hands it to me very rudely and said "your welcome, thanks again. Hope u have a great day in the most rudest major attitude way. She made a complete scene. I went into the store to ask for a manager and she walks up saying shes the manager. She was arguing with me, speaking very loudly. I've never been treated like that from a manager who is suppose to set an example as a leader for her fellow employees. She makes this location look very unprofessional. I got another employee to refund me while Trish the manager was throwing things around making loud banging noises from the back kitchen. I didnt even get my proper refund amount back. It was $3.00 less then what I paid. After that I couldn't eat and went back to work because i was in complete shock of what just took place If she hates her job that much then maybe she should quit or go on stress leave. No one should ever be treated in such a way because they came in for lunch on there work break. No excuse for the way I was treated. Absolutely disgusting behavior coming from a manager. I suggest the owner look at the cameras this took place on June 17th at around 3:10pm

I don't know what happened with the tim Hortons specifically this one, is the second time I visited it on a Saturday, April 18 afternoon on the place we're picking up the order was garbage bag and counter dirty, we eat there first about 30 min all the employees give food to others clients besides the garbage no one clean, I take a picture, yesterday may 9, come back the bathroom are so disgusting, watching preparation my food are all bread, tea, food on the floor, that is disgusting for a food place, the person make my sandwich do all while I watching at the end close the bag gives me that and I ask were is the meat, he make a steak and cheese sandwich without the steak, when I eat was the wrong sauce Chipotle. The place were are the sauces is not good the employees need to reach hard to take what is behind, need a supervisor and more training to keep a clean space, never come back to this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
