Went to the Tim’s on 192 st and 96 ave for dinner today. I ordered a habanero chicken bowl and some timbits. The woman at the drive thru held out a wrap to me. I said that I ordered a bowl. She looked at a screen and said, “well, we charged you for the wrap” and held the wrap out again. I was tired and hungry so I took it and left but it sure was frustrating. Won’t be returning. I go to this Tim’s every morning that I get a chance! It’s right down the road from my house which is very convenient and the staff are amazing! Noor especially, always takes the time to greet me and ask me questions! I highly recommend choosing this Tim Hortons rather than another. Say hi to Noor for me if you go!
