The bathrooms are kind of gross. They have cute little hockey player, Canadianna, signs on the doors, but you don’t want to sit on the toilet that’s for sure! It was all kinds of debris on it and look like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Even the mirror was kind of disgusting looking at the sink. I am sure there is a high volume of use here when it is at a gas station, but it is kind of gross and needs to be cleaned periodically. I posted some pics, but I don’t think they really show it like it looks in real life. The rest of the inside was pretty average, but smaller than many Tims. I wouldn’t come here with a big group, at most there are three sets of tables to sit at. It was OK and some guy was mopping the floor, but people were just tracking right through it, making a mess at the same time. I would rate this Tim Hortons as being lower than average for a Timmy’s. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

The worst so far. We asked for ice cap, none available, we asked for the quenzer they billed us then said oh sorry no sparkling water. Asked for our money back and drama started. Nobody knew how to do refund. Didn’t want or didn’t know how to refund our activated points from the app. It looks like a new location and staff but does it make it ok? Let’s give the benefit of the doubt. And it was really busy Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Tim Hortons. The food quality was poor, and the drink was not prepared properly. The overall experience felt careless and below the standard I expected. Customers pay expecting fresh food and properly made drinks, but unfortunately this visit did not meet even basic expectations. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and focuses more on quality control and customer satisfaction. Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
