I was passing through to Edmonton and I stopped for breakfast. Big mistake! Drive through closed. The employee that initially took my order didn't pay attention and was not friendly at all. I ordered a sausage patty on a toasted English muffin with an extra sausage patty and no egg, 10 variety pack of tim bits and a medium half decaf & french vanilla coffee. Took my order to my car. There was an egg on my sandwich. I took it back into the restaurant and advise it's wrong, no egg ordered. I asked a 2nd employee to make it without the egg, on a toasted English muffin. I asked the 2nd employee if I was charged for the egg as she is looking at the computer with my order she says no you weren't charged for the egg. I took my sandwich back to my car. I checked my receipt and I was indeed overcharged. I went back in to the restaurant and advised the 2nd employee I was overcharged she again, said no you weren't. I showed her my receipt and then she said oh yeah you were overcharged. I am not sure how come she lied to me on purpose. I was refunded my $. I went back to my car to prepare my sausage muffin. I then noticed the muffin was not toasted, it was cold and falling apart. My coffe was mostly decaf with a splash of french vanilla. At this point this took 20 mins. A waste of money on food and a drink that was prepared incorrectly. I was only able to eat the sausage pattys not the crappy cold falling apart English muffin. I called the store to speak to a supervisor or manager and a recording immediately said no one was available and hung up. I was already behind schedule. Interesting that you can't call and speak to the store supervisor/manager. Waste of my time. The first employee that initially took my order gave an insincere apology, really only lip service. I will never go back to that store when I travel past. Tim Hortons you need to do better when hiring and training staff. To be lied to is horrible!! Can Tim Hortons do better? It's a challenge Tofield Tim's do better in all departments. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with Tim Hortons in Tofield. This is the third time I've arrived before the posted closing time only to find the restaurant already closed. The location and website show that it is open until 11:00 PM, but tonight it was closed at 10:40 PM. If your actual closing time is earlier, please update your posted hours so customers don't waste their time driving there. Consistency and accurate business hours are important, and this location needs to do better.

Been twice now while working in town, very fast on getting out the orders but both times my iced coffee has been less than the cup (not as full as every other tims) and the wrap/sandwich is slapped together. The inside is part of a gas station/pizza hut so it's very grab and go. Meal type: Breakfast
