People that used to work retail/fast food don’t normally complain but it’s to the point that each and every Tim hortons is a joke. I waited 30 minutes in drive thru, listening to tons of cars honking just to receive this bagel and a medium drink packed with sugar when I specifically asked for sugar free, no regular syrup. I continuously spend money on wrong orders. Can we go back to my time where most people in fast food were hard working students and responsible adults that understand basic customer service and quality production.

What a mess at this location!!! Ridiculous. I placed an order and first was told to come inside to grab it( it was pouring rain) I responded by questioning what the point of drive through was if I was being asked to go inside. She agreed to have me park and send someone to give me my order , or what I thought was my order -_-. Of course my order is all wrong. My donuts were all wrong not the ones I told her I wanted. My timbits flavours wrong, my ice coffee was supposed to be with extra cream(charged), it was dark/strong as hell, clearly no extra cream., my grilled cheese was supposed to be with real cheddar (I was charged for cheddar) came with processed cheese. The pizza was made with no effort . Barely any cheese. Horrible experience with this location. Food: 2 Service: 1 Order type: Takeaway

1. The tables were not clean 2. The employees didn’t have gloves on while preparing customers’ orders which was not sanitary really. 3. They even didn’t put coffee sleeves around my London fog and my parents’ teas. What if some people’s hands shake or burns and the tea falls when you don’t put coffee sleeves?
