I moved to this area 7 months ago, this was the closest Tim Hortons to my home. So this location was supposed to be my go to when it comes to grabbing a quick snack or breakfast as I’m on the way to work. But the taste of steeped tea was always a 2/10. I understand these guys get busy and they can’t keep brewing fresh pots every 20 mins but there’s got to be a minimum standard that they should adhere to. The worst consistency I have ever seen at a tim location. There was a 5% chance that they got the tea tasting good. Again, I’m not expecting top tier service/taste from a Tim Hortons but bare minimum is expected when I am paying $8-9 every morning for potentially 25-30 days a month. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: CA$10–20

The staff try their best… But they need more people to work, they need someone to clean the entire restaurant and try to get the flies off the food. Drive thru and mobile orders seem to be a priority for this location it’s all the staff talks about. If you are in person and ordering, expect long lines and wait up to the minimum 10-15min, sometimes longer. Look if you don’t mind stale donuts, flies, dirty stick tables and chairs, staff using their food preparation gloves to wipe their face then touch the food they give to you, then go to this location. But if you value any one of these items then avoid this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: CA$30–40
