I am a regular customer at this Tim Hortons due to my office nearby, but I’ve had repeated negative experiences with one staff member (a woman (Luna) who often wears a black mask and glasses). Over the past several weeks, I’ve noticed a consistent pattern in how I am treated compared to other customers. On multiple occasions (at least 7–8 times), when it is my turn to order, she deliberately steps away or delays service without explanation, while serving others more promptly. There have also been instances where other customers were allowed to cut ahead of me in line without being corrected. In addition, the coffee I’ve received from her has frequently tasted burnt. When I politely requested that the coffee be checked once, her attitude noticeably changed, and since then, the service has felt increasingly dismissive and unwelcoming. What is most concerning is the clear difference in behavior toward me versus other customers. Others are treated with friendliness and efficiency, while my interactions feel intentionally delayed and handled with visible reluctance. This raises a serious concern about fairness and possible bias in customer service. I understand that everyone can have off days, but consistent patterns like this are not acceptable in a customer-facing role. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with equal respect and professionalism. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway
