Was at this location around 330 this afternoon and shot out to all the afternoon staff. They provide great services. The cashier was super friendly and ask how my day was going even going. Thank you your amazing service and hard work. Keep up the good work :). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After saying I would not go back to this Tims, I visted today after the lunch hour rush had passed. There were a group of people, food delivery guys, with outside food on a table blasting noise and music on their phones. Dirty tables everywhere, as well other people blasting loud music on their phones. Staff said absolutely nothing. If I was not tight for time I would have just walked out. Lesson learned. I can wait another few months and try again. You've lost your neighbour's business yet again. Think about the type of customer you want to attract to your establishment. You have an obligation to them. You should be making more of an effort here. If you were even remotely serious about improving the situation you would answer with concrete actions you are taking, not some canned corporate response.

Honestly this is the most consistent Tim Hortons location. They are wonderfully kind clean and efficient during rush hours and I am always met with a genuine smile from the team members. Don’t really like going to any other location! Keep up the good work.
