I came to this location about 45 minutes before closing, and in the 36 years I’ve lived in this country, I’ve never seen a restaurant basically shut everything down almost an hour before the posted closing time. I asked for something as simple as a croissant with butter and jam, which would have taken only a couple of minutes to prepare, but I was told they had already closed everything down. Since experiencing this at this location, I’ve actually started noticing the same thing happening at other Tim Hortons locations as well. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons myself and have also worked in restaurants, so I understand employees want to finish their shift and go home. But from my experience, we wouldn’t start shutting everything down until around 15 minutes before closing—not almost an hour early. If a location says it’s open until a certain time, customers should reasonably expect to still be served until close, even if the menu becomes somewhat limited near the end of the night. I’m considering bringing this issue to someone I know at the VP level within Tim Hortons because it seems to be becoming a bigger problem. I don't enjoy complaining or putting employees down, and I understand these jobs can be stressful, but closing down service this early while the location is still supposed to be open is unacceptable. Management should seriously look into this and make expectations around closing procedures clear across locations. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was there with my family today and Masi was our barista. She was very kind and welcoming person and made our orders fast.
