I did not want to leave a bad review, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. Ever since the renovation a few months ago, service and quality has drastically declined. I am unsure if there is new management or new staff, but this location has gone from being one of the best outlets to one of the worst. - Ambience: The store temperature is kept uncomfortable and hot, even when it is very warm outside. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they mentioned they didn't know how to adjust it. - Staff & Service: Even during quiet periods in the drive-thru, staff members congregate in the back while customers wait at the counter. While there are two ordering kiosks, customers waiting at the register should still be attended to promptly. - Food Display: While I understand minimizing food waste, the display cases are routinely empty throughout the day. Many walk-in customers look at the display to decide what to order, but there are rarely options available. - Product Quality: The Iced Capp is a signature item, but the vanilla Iced Capp I received was completely off—it tasted like plain coffee mixed with basic sugar syrup rather than a properly made beverage. - Food Quality & Service Response: The quality of the hot food was unacceptable. The cheese on the grilled cheese melt wasn't melted at all, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich had a patty so burnt it was hard to bite into. When I brought this to the employee's attention, she simply took the item away without offering an immediate solution or apology. Only after I went back to ask what would be done did she state it would take 15 minutes to make another one—all while the store and drive-thru were virtually empty. Please address these issues by either retraining the current team or addressing management oversight. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway

Absolute public health hazard, do not go to this location! I ordered an Iced Capp on DoorDash and had no idea it was full of spoiled milk because it arrived sealed with the red delivery tape over the lid, which completely hid the horrendous smell. I just opened a little bit of the red tape, put my straw in, and took a drink. The second I swallowed it, I realized it tasted like pure, disgusting vinegar. The milk was so thick and curdled that it wouldn't even mix with the coffee base; it just sat there clumped up with the ice. I am nauseous as hell, stuck with a vile vinegar taste in my mouth, and it completely triggered my stomach. Thanks a lot to this stupid location for making people sick! Do not go to this location, and honestly, don't trust any Tim Hortons right now because their standards are dropping lower and lower. Serving rotten milk is a whole other level of negligence. How do the workers not notice this? Or did you guys accidentally mix in cleaning products or vinegar? Because there are literally videos online of people finding out that cleaning chemicals were left in their drinks at Tim Hortons. I have already contacted corporate to have this store aggressively investigated. Disgusting and completely unacceptable! I noticed my review with photo proof was delete from DoorDash they told me they were removing this location, yet they are still active. If DoorDash allows a restaurant to keep serving food and drinks that leaves customers sick and nauseous weeks later and lets them scrub bad reviews then their standards are dangerously low. Knowing how terrible their reviews and food safety are, it is completely unacceptable to keep this restaurant open! Food: 1 Order type: Delivery
