I ordered a large iced coffee with no cane sugar, a brown sugar shot, and espresso foam. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst drinks I’ve received from Tim Hortons. The drink had a very unpleasant odor and tasted off from the first sip. The espresso foam appeared separated and clumpy, which made me concerned about the quality and freshness of the drink.I only had 2-3 sips from it, I experienced repeated burping and discomfort, so I was unable to finish it. I have had this same customization before and it never tasted like this. I hope the store reviews its preparation and quality-control procedures to ensure customers receive fresh products. I would appreciate a refund of $4.96 or an explanation of what may have gone wrong with this beverage.
