I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. The service was extremely slow, and I had to wait a long time for my order and other services. The washroom was also very dirty and poorly maintained, with no toilet paper available at all. I hope management can address these issues and improve the cleanliness and service for customers. I boycotted Timmies about 18 months ago. I thought I would try it again and bought a dozen doughnuts and 2 coffees. This was at the Trethewey and Black Creek location. Not only did I have to explain my order about 4 times (the locals love to yell and twerk) the employee barely spoke English. Trying to pick out 12 doughnuts was almost impossible due to the language barrier. I brought everything home. The coffees tasted burnt and the doughnuts had to be day-olds. I boycotted Timmies because the quality is trash and they are openly racist, hiring only Indians. Nothing has changed. I can't wait until Dunkin Donuts takes Timmies out. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Always someone parked in the handicapped spot with no permit.
