I visit this Tim Hortons regularly in the mornings, and unfortunately the experience is consistently disappointing. This location appears to be ALWAYS understaffed, with only a handful of employees trying their best to manage a very busy store. The result is long wait times, slow service, and poor overall customer experience. It is common to receive a coffee relatively quickly, but then wait 10–15 minutes or more before anyone attends to the food order. The staff seem to be constantly rushing, which suggests the issue is not their effort but rather a lack of adequate staffing and management support. Given how busy this location is, especially because of its convenient location, management should recognize the demand and allocate sufficient resources to serve customers properly. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements, as the current level of service is simply not acceptable for a location with such high customer traffic.
