I really enjoy coming to Tim Hortons, and my regular go-to is the French Vanilla. I’ve had it from this location many times, and it’s always been really good. The sweetness, creaminess, and overall flavor are exactly what I like. This location consistently gets my French Vanilla just the way I enjoy it, which is why I keep coming back. It’s a simple drink, but when it’s made right, it makes a big difference. Really happy with my experience here and definitely recommend it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–10

I visited this Tim Hortons tonight and had a really disappointing experience. I ordered a hot chocolate with 3 cream, 5 milk, and whipped cream, and I specifically asked for it to be made as hot as possible. Instead, I was handed what felt like cold chocolate milk. When I told the employee at the drive-thru window that the drink was cold, he replied that it was because I had asked for so much milk and cream. I understand that adding cold milk and cream can lower the temperature, but they have a milk frother/steam wand that can be used to heat the milk before adding it. Since I had already clearly asked for the drink to be very hot, I expected that to be taken into consideration. Instead of simply offering to remake or fix the drink, the employee became argumentative and rudely told me that I should have said earlier that I wanted the milk heated. I had already asked for the drink to be hot, so I don’t understand why I should have to explain to staff how to prepare it. I was getting late for something, otherwise I would have stayed and asked for it to be remade properly. The biggest issue wasn’t even the drink—it was the attitude and the way the situation was handled. A simple “sorry, I’ll fix that for you” would have been enough. Very disappointing customer service. This tim is really good specially the worker(BEHSHTA) i really like the way she speak she was doing so well. The way she take order is really amazing. She keep smile on her face while speaking to customers. 5 for her. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
