Amazing customer service at Tim Hortons! Mandeep and Noor were both very friendly, polite, and welcoming. They served my order quickly and made sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and great customer service really made my visit better. Employees like them make you want to come back again. Keep up the great work, Mandeep and Noor! I had a great experience at Tims thanks to Gurpreet Kaur. She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional, with excellent customer service. So i ordered at drive thru ; i paid 20$ cash and rest of i want to pay by card ; the worker she charged me 24.14$ by card and then she said tap again and again tapped 4.14$. I wasn't aware of that. And she was rude regarding our order because we took some time to decide it . It didn't even taste good. Then next day i went to them regarding my charges they are behaving like i am doing something wrong, i explained atleast 5 times and they didn't accepting their fault , even the supervisor didn't know that every tim have specific payment reference number which is #16 for this location showing to me in my banking app, instead of that supervisor saying "we Don't know you bought it from other place" it was so rude how you can blame without listening and then she calculated everything my total was only 21.36$ only i was charged extra 28$ and then she said Dont use scan and pay option ! It was very rude its convenient for me thats why i used it. If supervisor are like this i dont expect much from employee's. Even our food wasn't good ,tasteless . Very bad experience felt . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
